Thanks all for the advice..as for one bottle of wine i agree sort of but the first sip of the first glass is too much however if you are on 300mg of baclofen open the pod doors for a melt down...hence i have well and truly learnt THAT lesson. I wont describe the bac bottlle hangover experience needless to say its like suffering the tortures of the damed!!!! thanks for putting up with the stupid editing and deleting Im ok...how ever I clutched my way out of bed and looked in the mirror to discover I had John Howard eyebrows you know the curly upwards ends.crook look..that was enough to shock me sober...

Do you mind if I repsond to your comments in one go? I don't see the need to type one sentence per post.

1) I would agree that people here do want to stop drinking but some think there is a magic wand. The vast majority realise that they have to put in the hard work. Some people think signing up here solves everything and then wonder why their lives haven't changed.

2) I can decide who is a bad apple, in my opinion. Just as I can decide if there is a god or not. Or what I should wear tomorrow.

3) I don't take objection. It's called lively debate. Only one person questioned my post. Did you notice how many people agreed with it? And whether you like me or not is irrelevant.

4) Ah, Pan, yes I can take critism. And I don't beg for recognition or attention either.
