    Hey, Katie - well done! Weekends used to to be terrible for me too. Especially Fridays.

    And don't worry too much about what is happening here: it is just about as well-organised as the Next Day Thread! As much as we like to pop in next door, Frog, Miss. B, Mr. G, Reggie, Bridge etc. also pop in here.

      Thanks tiptrionic and mario,

      You have both been very welcoming! It feels so good to be AF on a sat night.. i'm determined to stay this way for many weekends to come!
      I'm about to finish work then off to bed.. so Day 7 nearly over for me.. hope you all have a great day,

                  Tip - stopping smoking feels great.. though I do have the nicorette gum- but its very low dose, and i only have 4-6 a day at the moment, I doubt I will need any soon.. my main prob is anxiety.. but counselling and my anti-d's should fix that up soon.. AL and cig's do not help at all with anxiety in the long run.. and definately don't help with depression though that's what ive tried using them both for in the past!
