    Ukblonde has 30 days AF!

    I just noticed from a post on another thread that Ukblonde had 30 days yesterday.

    So even if I don't know you, "Blondie" : Very well done, and here's to the next 30 and beyond!

              Thanks guys. I'm in day 33 now. Had a wobble Thursday - not regards wanting to drink but more my old, childish behaviours coming back in reaction to someone trying to pointscore with me. Have been able to get support with this via my counsellor and some other 'colleagues' which has helped.

              It's been a long journey and I'm only a fraction of the way there. The MYO forum has been a great tool for me although I'm not using the supplements apart from a little L-Glut, but I'm following the diet as well as taking one-day at a time.

              Learning and growing every minute I'm sober (sometimes it has been literally 1 minute at a time!).

                  Your great advise on healthy living has helped me a lot since joining MWO, I too am just using the L-Glut and it does seem to help! Again, great job on your AF days!!:goodjob:

                    sober dry since 11th Jan '2010' relapse/slip on 23/7/13 working in progress ! Sober date 25/7/13 ( True learning has often followed an eclipse, a time of darkness, but with each cycle of my recovery, the light grows stronger and my vision is clearer. (AA)
                    my desire to avoid hitting bottom again was more powerful then my desire to drink !
