I only got detention twice, once for walking across the cricket pitch and the second for burning a jam pan.
Was there a cricket game in progress at the time?

      What happened? :H
They were the only times I got caught.

I won't mention the strip poker we used to play in double Maths (last lesson Friday)
It could be worse, I could be filing.

actually no, that's why I got a bit lippy. I didn't know you had to rest a cricket pitch over the Winter.

I've got a peach upside down pudding for afters

I think I'm going to sit in the sun for a while. While we have some sun... It seems to disappear behind clouds, like forever, when winter proper sets in.

If you saw the amount of clothes we had to wear, you'd have been highly disappointed.

Would it surprise you to know I failed Maths 3 times

i was cleaning out my bedroom yesterday to put in a new carpet.. along with evidence of my past drunken life i came across my old diaries. i used to write every day for years ( from about 7yrs old till somewhere in my 30's) as i flicked through the later ones i could see the slow creeping up of alcohol in my life. i didnt drink much at all when i was younger (though when i did it was always a binge). my diaries are a very honest account of my life. reading them its so bloody obvious the road i was about to go down but i just didnt see it at all. i havent looked at them for ages. its so interesting for me to watch the innocent 7 year old grow into the not so innocent adult. hmmm to look at life backwards
