Good Morning - Sunny here in Portugal! JC I think being grateful is one of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves. I now have a ritual every morning before I get out of bed just to think of what im thankful for before I put my feet on the ground.

So very tragic. My thoughts are with her kids. Something like this is so hard to deal with for anyone but especially for young people.

I wasn't shocked by your message Jackie. I had had an uneasy feeling about MaryAnne after chatting with her just before she left for SA and by a couple of her posts when she was there.
I am deeply saddened by her death but I cannot say it was a shock to me. I'm sorry to say that but it is the truth.
