I think the thing that saddens me about MWO is the powerlessness. Not just about dramatic events like MA, but the folks who just disappear into the depths of their addiction again.

Ok found out what to do tonight, youtube the effects of al, now thats working wonders, dunno if you ever saw the one about the brain or the one about the effects of al. Anyhow its stopping me from buying that 6 pack right now or ever again for that matter.

wow dizi joined the army like meself dizzy, first day in the army, didn't know what it was, was afraid at the start now I know nothing to be afraid of.
Was driving just now and said feck it all get up off your ass and do something about this life, so I decided to make pasta with garlic bread... got home and saw I have no pots hahahaha - ok need to buy pots tomorrow.
Yeah top saw those, quite disturbing but an eye-opener for sure.
