    Good morning, friends

    I hope you slept better than I did. The clogged nose from the cold the eldest cub so generously shared is making me sound like Neville in the Advil ad...

    It was fantastic to see the Army pull together like we did yesterday. My faith in MWO & our little group has been reaffirmed.

    Tiggs, sorry about your cold.
    I think that even if we are not here each day, for me, you are all still in my thoughts.
    And that is very important.

      Tip - i'm sorry to hear about your cold too! as a nurse i can advise you rest, drink lots of fluids and take panadol/paracetamol for any fever! vicks also helps with any nasal congestion.. and lots of vit c boosts the immune system,
      Hi to starts, and everyone else.. having a great day so far.. Day 4.. no cravings at this stage..

            Hi chillgirl - I saw that on the news! another mountain of ash decending on Europe.. what a nightmare for those that need to fly.. though it seems to be clearing up faster this time..

                It's funny.. I reckon 1/2 the people in Europe never even knew where Iceland was until this all happened! :H

                          Trouble is we go to Iceland fill up a trolley full of what we think are goodies, have one of their very nutritious meals, feel awful, leave stuff the rest in freezer, then throw it all out or up.
