My dose is still blogged wiv this hay fever. Nuisance and I seem to be immune to the effects of various sorts of antihistamines. Could always go to the doc and get a jab I suppose.

It is not widely known fact but hazelnut choccy is a great cure for colds, ringworm and lurgy.

You get a natural supplement containing extract of elderflower, if memory serves...

There's also a product called Karvol (not sure if you'd be able to get it there, though), which we use to sleep in more comfort with blocked noses.

It contains cinnamon & eucalyptus oils - works like a charm.

Here ya go: Karvol

Don't be put off by the fact that its used for babies: that's how we 1st came across it when the cubs were little. It works for big babies like myself as well.
