No Karvol is in a little capsule that you break and put onto a tissue or on yer pj's...gives you a great nigts sleep. I use it all the time for the kids, you can also put it in steaming water for the same effect.."It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

Stop I can almost taste the crunchy heal, the smell of hot vinegar wafting up to my nostrils (unblocked at this stage by karvol) and the pleasure when my mouth finally stretches wide enough to encompass the hugh chip butty...... ah bliss.Lmao Ktab..... I bags the big thick heel!
