    Plans for the Weekend?

    Stay sober
    Finish my planting
Finish the ironing I did not get done last weekend because of the sun (its raining here now!!)
    Start my AF journal
And when the cravings come drop everything and go for a walk

Have a great weekend everyone and stay safe :l

                  Plans for the Weekend?

                  Great post!

Well, I am back on Antabuse, so I am looking forward to a hangover free, guilt free weekend.

                  I will:

Prep rental house for new tenant.
                  Band practice.
Quit putting off my 10 year old and go putt-putt golfing with family.
Read the Sunday paper in the sunshine with a cup of coffee or two.
Take a nice long Sunday nap. Ahhhhhhh.
Take my time grocery shopping and planning the menu for my wonderful family.

I'm going to Stonehenge for the summer solstice. It happens to be the 25th anniversary of the "battle of the beanfield" this year too. Battle of the Beanfield - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia It should be a good week-end weather permitting!!

Good job on taking the Antabuse. It was a lifesaver for me. Takes out the inner battle and lets you move on with your day/weekend/life! Keep it up!
                        Enjoy your golfing and nap!

                          Need to update my plans.

                          Saturday:
-45 minutes of cardio at the gym (darn my trainer! We have a love/hate relationship. LOL)

After that, I head straight into relax mode until Monday morning

                              - rent a movie for the evening

                                Plans for the Weekend?

Hmmmm lets see the back is in spasm so I have strict orders from Doc - No hiking, No biking, No running and No swimming. Yikes better get a new plan in place quick because that could set off a few triggers!

                                Friday and Saturday
                                1. Pack for my trip back home to farm with the 3 kids.
                                2. Massage to help release by messed up spasmed back.
                                3. 3rd and final appointment with chiroprator for the week.
                                4. Read....yes but that can only be done for so long as the kids go crazy.
                                5. Come on MWO to visit great people.

                                Sunday
Drive to big City and stay at friends or hotel by airport.

                                Monday
Fly to Toronto and then onto the farm with the kids. Hubby has to stay back home and work. Hopefully get some training in BECAUSE MY BACK WILL BE ALL BETTER. Wishful thinking!
