      Exactly that for me too:H:H
Certainly not my favourite way to start the week but somebody's gotta do it and I'm the only one here except for the dog and he refuses to lift his paw.:H:H
Just gonna post a couple of pics I took on my walk yesterday and then I'm off....

            Stirly's science lesson...
For those of you who live in cooler climes and have never seen these...

First we have grape vines. The hanging down thingeys will be bunches of grapes in a month or so and will slowly ripen in the warm summer sun til about the middle of August when they're ready. I cut off a small bunch on my morning walks and munch on them for brekkie...yum, yum..

Next we have an artichoke plant....Stirly doesn't buy fresh ones. They're too much trouble to clean. Jarred or frozen are just fine thank you.

Then we have a "bottle-brush bush". They're one of my favourite flowering bushes...

And here are some poppies just because I like poppies...

            Have a great day, all....:h

Hi KTAB - hello Spuddles - didn't see you there....
You're gonna wear that machine out....

                        hello sleepy mario.
i should find out about the job today. i have mixed feelings about it. yes i need a job to get a few pennies, its only part time, which i want but it will help the finances. the downside is that im still concentrating very hard every day on not drinking and looking after myself, i worry that work will get in the way of this. im sure i couldnt have got this far if i had been working, i have really needed this me time. i know i have to get back out there sometime but im worrying in advance about how this will affect my progress. its a mental health organisation so maybe i would feel at home there... maybe they will take me on as a project. ah well, ill worry about it when i get the call. (wonder if they will let me take jiggy machine in with me)
Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

just got the landrover back on the road. its a big old bumpy beast, great fun. i have only driven it twice, its like a flipping bus and used to pull badly to one side. my muscles couldnt cope with the beast. im gonna give it another go ithink. now its mot'd at least it should be safe even if im not. ill find a nice straight quiet road and see how we get on.

Musta been the jiggy jiggy on the motorbikes you liked Spud. I had a vintage bike once, which had no rear suspension. Could have done with your back massager after any length of trip on it. Does the land rover not have power steering?
