I posted in the meds section too but thought I would doubletrack here.
What is the best method of establishing a history of sobriety? Urine tests? Patches? Would rather avoid regular blood tests, but would do it if I have to. If you administer and keep your own patches, are they valid? Please let me know if you have information. Thank you.
