When I was drinking daily I never ever ate brekkie now I have that every morning. I reckon the regular exercise makes a big difference too. Maybe have a grill/fry on a sunday.

I hate it....really hate it, the smell of it, the feel of it..the look of it......not to mention the tasteof it....horrific stuff.....
