      hey oney.. im gonna try and get on this non smoking thing, but im not too confident about it (hence the word 'try). at the moment ill be happy if i cut down, but we'll see how it goes. i dont like smoking, think its a horrid stinky habit..... sucking on a nic lozenge as i type

          i feel like a sack of spuds... the weight has been creeping up since being AF. that is just not fair. anyway im quite please with myself, went out for a bike ride last night.... just a little one down to the beach. i loved it.... just need to keep it up now

            oh and by the way im a NEW SPUD, not mashed, chipped, peeled or any of the other painful things you guys keep doing to us spuds (dont mind a coating of butter though.... oo err missus)

              I feckin WANT the weight lol....good on you with the bike ride.....especially now the weather is getting better...try yo incorporate that into your everyday schedule.....but don't let it interfere with walks up Willy Way....
