    Family good thanks KT. Fingers crossed we've finally reached the correct level for the wee ones medicine. Her dose was being upped each week but coming near the day for changing the dose she would end up having another couple of turns, this was the first week that we haven't seen any, so heres hoping. Right time I was off, chat to you all later.

        getting the urge to smoke now so im going to do something different, change routine.. i take soooooo long to get going in the morning, have you noticed. too early for a bike ride, legs arent awake yet, perhaps a quick doggie walk (oh bugger, i need legs for that too)
        Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine
