Day 1 almost over for me, I smelt a banana from 20 yards away today.. omg! Had bowl of fruit with yogurt this morning, then a big dinner for dinner, a topic in the midday almond fingers and coffee for supper... my house stinks, I want to clean it from to bottom, I hate having my house so smelly. I tell you this solemnly I will never EVER smoke again.Comment

Coming close to end of Day 2 - I am eating like JohnnyH(a pig) but its deadly cause I am getting fat, I so so so want to get fat, I am gonna buy a scales on Saturday and weight meself every day and see how many pounds I get...
Had a bowl of Fruit this morning, I brought it to me desk and me boss went apeshite, I threw the fruit at him and he wasn't happy.. oh well he understood.
Other than that, very pleased with today, a big crave all day and it won't go away but I don't care, I will never smoke again.
I feel so fit, healthy, giddy, excited, well, free, clean and hungryComment

Hi Guys,
Just a quick update from me....still going strong. no major cravings to report other than the fleeting distorted notion that a smoke would be really good right now....
I have become very deft in turning that idea on its head and seeing it for what it really is.....the nagging little dying voice of Nick O Teen trying to convince me to take him back....Wow, when will he realise that we are broken up for good.......he is wasting his time...altho he is definitely not as insistant as he was when we first split.....he screamed, begged, pleaded, cried then....now he just whines the odd time in the hope he might catch me off guard....NO SUCH LUCK Nick......you are wastin your time..

Hi All,
Update from me.
I had a REALLY difficult couple of days on Monday and Tuesday, lots of shite happening and very upsetting....I have NEVER felt like having a smoke so much.....especially with Rob in the garden puffing away and having a few beers.
I had to laugh at him actually...I told him I really felt like a cigarette and he replied...
"don't do it Oney" puff puff..."you have come too far now to blow it" puff puff slurp....
I looked at him pulling on that cigarette and realised I was missing NOTHING.....absolutely NOTHING..I did have a feeling that it would calm me down, help me deal with the upset..it never has before, why would it now.....
The cravings passed and I breathed a sigh of relief..I had made it thru another hard time.....I was SO grateful I did not give in....so very very happy about that.
Anyway...stats..
