      Ohhh Forgot to mention..I sweat last night...(I never sweat).....maybe that is something to do with it too?

        Yes, don't ask me why but I sweated last night too, I remember reading something about it - oh after a while you will cough some stuff up, don't panic, its the bad stuff coming out.

                  I was laughing at the scream across a valley meself...

                  I am growing it..I gave up smoking about 4 years ago for almost a year and put on about 10 pounds..I looked so much better...so aiming for a J Lo Hole..

                    Excellent, well you go girl, sure beats the cat hole and whatever other horrid thing the smoking does to you.

                          Cutting down plan so far:

                          Luckily winter is setting in here in the Southern Hemisphere. Since we're not allowed to smoke inside and I hate smoking rooms with a passion, I'm giving up my double-clutching habit. One ciggie per smokebreak only.

                          I'm also forcibly breaking my silly habit of lighting cigarettes when I pass specific landmarks on my daily commutre to and from the office - its along round trip, about 140km, so I normally smoke at least 6 cigarettes a day just in the car.

                          That way, I'll already reduce my intake from 40 to 430 today.
                          I'll do whatever it takes
