Morning All!
You've been busy this morning! I made it through last night and this morning...my thoughts of smoking are still there, but getting easier to ignore. My chest feel tight too and I'm coughing a little bit, I guess it's time to get rid of all that junk. You all sound like you're doing well!!! I guess I am somewhere in my 42nd hour...but still counting it as day 3 just because that makes me happier. LOL
Okay everyone, here we go on another day...let's stay strong.
