You are so welcome techie :l
I remember back on my first months of quitting...
there were times when the urges would come on so strong, that basically the best thing I could do (if it was possible at the time) was to go have a nap. At least that way I got an escape from myself & all of my crazy thinking....for a little while :HAF 6 years

Awwhhh Thanks Grateful....but HONESTLY..if I can do this, you can too....I was a seriel quitter, could never do more than 5 or six days at a time. Then the first thing that upset or annoyed me found me running to the shops for smokes!
I have learned how to cope with that mow and the feeling is ery liberationg.
I would urge you to do the free online quit smoking course that Fallen posted..you can keep smoking when you start it, actually I think it is better if you do.
Give it a shot..I feel fantastic!!"It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

Amazing how fast that money adds up, eh? I'm on my 5 month anny today, so had to come on here to boast a bit!! (And almost $1,000 saved...)
I wanted to tell you about www.quitnet.com in case you haven't heard about it. VERY good site - helped me a Lot with quitting. (Plus, they have a cool gadget that keeps track of all the cigs you Haven't smoked & the moolah you've saved!!)
Also wanted to congratulate you on Two Weeks!Sometimes you have to take the leap and build your wings on the way down... Anais Nin

I saw that on line course that Fallen Angel posted....I think I will try it. I am a serial quitter too...I can't believe that I quit for about 18 months the last time and then started after my brother died unexpectedly. I could just kick myself for starting again!!! And I hate having to hide from my 16yo son.....how stupid is that? I feel like a teenager hiding out back of the house or something just to get a smoke!!! Boy-seeing that in writing is so embarrassing!Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God.
