        I hate crutches.
        No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.

                  FT
                  AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
                  As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

                                I think it is amazing and hugely to your credit that you are accomplishing this when you have so much free time on your hands (and foot :H!). I read that the second addiction is harder to quit because your pleasure-seeking brain knows what you're up to this time around and is pulling out all the stops to keep itself 'happy'.

                                What are my dues for the fan-club, NiceLife??
