You need a picture of yourself somewhere on your PC.

Click on "User CP" (towards top left of age) and then select "Edit Avatar" from the left hand menu.

Scroll down the page, and select the "Custom Image" option, and browse to where the pic is located.

Click on "Save changes" - and voila!

i know poets day as, piss off early tomorrows saturday.. dunno if thats just me. im back now as a dedicated non smoker..... err since about 3oclock.. car boot sale had a tigger hand puppet. shoved my hand up his bum and was soooo tempted to take him home with me.
