I've been eating breakfast for the 1st time in my adult life...
I usually have two fruits (apple & banan or similar) and a bit of muesli & fruit yoghurt...
Not half bad...I'll do whatever it takes

Na its easy enough, tesco do a decent own brand arborio rice which I have never had trouble with. You should be able to get that.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?Comment
