Good to see you here!
One of the key elements of my own sobriety was to join a support thread. This one (the Army) has saved my butt on many many occassions, the people here are fantastic and will be along shortly. Also the Underoos and Friends thread have loads of Ausisies there so you certainly wont feel alone.

Good morning, Starts, BeHappy and all to come.

A cold morning here in Cape Town but the skies are cleqar and we should be getting some lovely autumn sunshine to get warm in a bit later.

I slept incredibly well last night (sorry to rub it in, Wanna). Went to bed shortly after saying goodnight here, and have only just woken up, said my hellos to Mrs. T and the cubs and am enjoying a strong cup of coffee. I'm happy with my new breakfast-eating routine, but I need to be up and about for the appetite to kick in.

Oh, I don't want it changed, Tip. I like the full name that it represents. But for shortening purposes, I didn't like it shortened to Don't. So Happy was better, but your style put it to BeHappy. Happy or BeHappy, is positive and great. But I still need the don't worry factor of my name when I log in, because that's what I do. Worry! So, thanks and I hope that all made some sort of sense.
