You like doing it by hand, right? (writing shopping lists, of course)

Start with a blank A4 page and fold it in half lengthwise, so that you have two columns

Top left, you start listing fresh produce and dairy.

Leave enough space to write down items that you'll only remember later and start again towards the middle of the page with dry goods (rice, cereals etc)

On the right-hand side, write down the items you'll need at shops other than the supermarket you're going to... plus cleaning materials

... Oh dawg... I have a sad little life, don't I :H :H :H

I did it in crayon today,
and they've turned the supermarket all back to front so Mr JC's going. (again)
