I bought one of those memory foam pillows it was the worst thing I ever did!
Getting the pillow right is so important and so bloody difficult

Memory Foam. Great when the weather is warm, but otherwise @#*. I have a new bed, so my pillow which was a wonderful high latex one is now too high. So, I got a lower one. Too hard. I toss and turn all night long. Which is a shame because the bed is really comfortable. I have a number of pillows of different fillings and heights, but none are working for me. I know what I want, but I guess it will be a trip into Sydney to get the right one. Certainly can't buy them around here. And that trip is not going to come soon.
