                          Ahh yeah..I like cornflakes but I have to put my milk in the freezer first, so it takes too long..

                          Boiled egg and toast....did that yest..

                          So bacon and fried eggin a panini with crisps and pomegeanate juice..

                                You know the BIG bag of kettle ready salted crisps, the ones in the white bag? Once opened seldom kept, had to stop buying them and I had high cholesterol and a fatty liver.
