I personally think cold turkey is the best way but whatever works..

Go and speak to your pharmacist, she will ask you questions and advice you accordingly..

"To quit like cold turkey" would be to quit in the same way a cold turkey is served, instantly just as you are without preparation

he's planning on jumping plane for meningitis, remind me I must give him :l:l:l as the son and heir's best mate got meningitis and unfortunately lost both his legs and the fingers on both hands.

I ate an entire slab of choccie last night. I wanted more when it was all gobbled up. So I quit cold turkey.
