Morning everyone, sorry couldn't check in this morning as I was dashing off for my train, only had time for a few pm's and posts.
I just want to wish everyone a great day, I won't be around much for the next while, have loads of work to do and need to study so you all take care, I will check in from time to time so see how you are all doing.

morning peeps... im back to my sleepy morning habit.. yawn. had a couple of smokes yesterday, i was expecting to have them so i did (hmph). im still very happy with my non smoking progress though, i didnt think i was ready for it but hey theres no time like today. ive woke up to a dead bird in the kitchen (courtesy of the cat) and puke under the table (courtesy of the dogs). oh the joy of pets.... at least i dont have to deal with it with a hangoverToday is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

Flippin heck I didnt realise I caused a bit of a stir here last night, it wasnt my intention and I wasnt in any way offended by the teasing and had flagged I was going about 3 pages prior. Anyway PM sent first thing this morning hopefully explaining.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?Comment
