                starts i dont beleive its about waking up,when i went into the navy as a young man,it was training possibly, choose,i for my life,i didnt take instructions well,maybe are troops have to be more alert,they no what they choose to do in life,it wasnt my choice to go to other countries to fight,over somthin which really did nt mean a hole lot.other then the lifes in the countries that were being terrorised,there is no such a thing as peace keeping anymore,it is down rt war,we talk about dictators from the past,are nt our politicians tht now,lets face it,if it werent for the vast resources in asia and europe the troops would nt be therew,

                    I am concerned...

                    I never really drank coffee when I was smoking cept for half a cup in the morns maybe twice a week...

                    I am on my 3rd cup this morning.....I really don't want to buy meyself another addiction...maybe i should quit the coffee too??

                      hiya gyco,ladyjan,ktab and the rest of you lovely people

                      of now to a very important & hard meeting,this is going on for a few weeks and its all coming out now,its not nice but will lets you know, finding the real self and trying to understand is not always easy
