moderation onester in everything you do,i was actually talking about tht with the wife last nt,since shes been watching addicted and intrventions and horders she s more a wake on my state,no matter what i do,a lot of the times,i over do,good luck kid took me 57 years to figure tht out hehehe

Hi Oney, 19 days left but going off my head with lack of any decent sleep. Have a hospital appt today so I'm gonna ask will he speed things up a bit as the swelling in my bad leg has gone to pieces altogether.

o aye ktab. i forgot about the exercise (HOW COULD I FORGET). after my first couple of weeks sober hellish not sleep, ive now been sleeping better than i could ever have dreamed. i just have lots of it. im just going with anything that makes me feel good.. and sleep is high up the list. no smokes yesterday and going for same today

You will need less sleep as you get fitter, thats my experience anyway. Great going on the poxy fags.
