Sure the doc only has your best interests at heart, but you have lived with it for a while now so know to what degree it is playing up.

Hi Tawny, up since around six, the older I am getting the earlier I am going to bed and getting up. Seems to be the way of things. They dont say the morning is the best time of the day for nothing. I am treated by a glimpse of the sun rise over the sea through a gap in the trees. Am now looking out of my double glass doors of the office on the other side of the house I am looking out across the fields but cant see the woods and mountains beyond this morning because a mist has rolled in. It will soon burn away I think revealing a lovely warm sunny day. Time for more coffee.

Sounds like you have a great view KT.
Partly my own fault with the Dr, as in I forgot to wear the appropriate footwear. Pair of trousers on and shoes and nobody notices leg but it was warm so I had sandals on............mistake. But now the bugger knows to look for it.
