    A great thing to have for one as rambunctious as Jack. He's only 4 and has been to ER 3 times in the last 6 months!!

          I posted more of these pics on the joke thread. A guy decided he couldn't go back to his hunting lease after the day these pics were taken. There are WORSE things than wasp stings!

              We have a TV series called 'Billy the Exterminator'. Hubs and only male child HATE snakes, and son is allergic to wasps. They draw up like prunes when they watch the shows with all the snakes and wasps! (In south Louisiana, where the swamps make perfect places for all wildlife, including alligators!)

                      Jack at the Bear Park, when he asked the worker/owner(?) if he could put a snake around his neck. I have preached to him this is NOT a normal thing to do with the ones we find in the wild! We do have some little Pine Snakes not much bigger than big earthworms, and green snakes, the boys play with!

                              They are great nature lovers, but there comes a time when your space is invaded by something that can injure or kill your children and steps must be taken. My SIL called one day, said he'd caught a Copperhead (very poisonous) in their yard, and my daughter wanted him to relocate it. I told him 'Fine, leave the house and relocate him to snake heaven'.
