      Tech, my daughter is a midwife with a very prestigious OB/GYN practice there, and the lake is the center of everyone's recreational life. Her husband is an EMT/paramedic/ ER rescue who is certified to do lake rescues, especially dives. Do you mind me asking the area you're from?

        :l for starty. And its Friday and the end of a long week. A bath is just what you need to get rid of the crap.

        On the other side of the world it is early Saturday morning, and I can assure you it is much better than yesterday was :H:H

                                Hi Guys, Rarely join this thread because you guys type faster than I can think.

                                thought i'd join in tho tonight. Feeling a little low today. Just feels tiring to think that no matter how hard I try, the challenge remains, and I keep battling away. I just still can't shed the thought that I can't drink again, that this is permanent. Anycase, hope you don't mind me joining the conversation?! I'll see if I can keep up wiht you guyz.

                                The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.
