Its only been a little while and you have made a massive change. And think about it, you might be feeling physically a bit worn out but you are certainly not depressed and that is abso-feckin-lutely wonderful!!!Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008

I actually feel ok now I have had coffee....altho I never drank coffee before I kicked the fags,amd having 2 or 3 cups a day now...don't want to get addicted to coffee too!!
