Unfortunately, that particular "pour out" was not the last. Dramatic, but I guess I still needed to drink a little more to see how much worse it could get. Funny....at this point I don't even remember my last drink or anything dramatic about the hangover, pouring out the remaining booze, nothing like that. All I remember is a sense of relief to *hopefully* be done with it all. It doesn't seem fair that you still have to count calories though.
All those AL induced kilo's should just bugger off when we stop feeding them.
I have just clocked 6 weeks and not lost a gram.
Hmmm...
I know it's not the extra coffees cos I drink them With a splash of skim milk and no sugar,
perhaps it's the 3 biscuits that I drown with each cup.
