Well Johnny, my problem was that I often smoked instead of eating..smoking really curbed my appetite so now my body is craving food...it great! Not gonna worry too much on what I am eating yet but a couple of months down the line, I wil step it up with the healthy eating..I will eat crap for the moment lol

I'm very jealous. I really need to get my eating crap under control. I did well with starting to excercise, but after the other day in gym haven't been back. (when the guy had the heart attack and died there).
I luv eating. my second biggest problem to drinking, if not bigger. :-)
Talking of which, I think it's lunch time.AF since 15th March 2010
The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

Phew. Back,
Had a typical end of the month lunch. Instant noodles with dry bread. Can't wait for pay day :-)
I really want to get back to gym. I just feel a bit put off with that particular gym. But maybe I'm just being a sissy and need to get back at it and over it :-)
Mayb I'll put in a session tomorrow morning. Helping my dad move furniture though tonight. That should be a good workout.AF since 15th March 2010
