    Feeling great today. Really do. But I have times where I feel low, and I do everything 100% so when I feel low, I feel reaaaally, reaaaaly low. Got tons of issues to deal with. God allowing I'll face them one day. In the meantime I just stick to my drugs: not drinking and cilift (anti depris).

    The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

      Mario, it was one of the toughest things I had to do, but over time it makes a HUGE ifference. I'm very glad that I'm still going every week - even after more than 5 months.
