yawn....
almost 5pm... working late.AF since 15th March 2010
The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

Evening all, just back from my Councillor - she made me read my whole story I wrote last night and it was really really hard to do but I did it and feel so much batter now.
I am now getting better for myself, not to prove to you, my child, my wife, the judge, the popes auntie but for myself.
So I am AF day 1 and I aim to make 100 and come back to tell you.
And tomorrow NF, again I aim to make it 100 and come back to tell you.
Because one day depending on something that will kill me is one day closer to death.
Have a lovely evening.
P.S. For anyone who wants to read my story in sub section but can't just PM me and I will send it to you.

I can't read your story so please PM it to me. I so hope that the sessions with your counselor will help you. It's the truth... you need to get better for yourself first and all the others after. A person who does not love and take care of himself cannot truly love and care for others. You know how much a part of the Army you have become...please take care of the little yellow doggie...

Hey Wannawooey, I am glad you feel better for dumping all that out.
Oney, what did you wanna ask?
JC, why are you being committed?????
I had an incredibly dull training day. It was all about benefits. I think it was cos I am knackered that I found it boring though. But really benefits is not a particularly exciting subject....Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008

Okay, on a lighter note, here's something that I came across and now that it's spring and gardening time I thought I would post this as a wee bit of advice about how to get a big flower pot home if you don't have a car.....
What can I say - the picture really was taken here in Greece.... good grief...note that the driver is wearing his helmet (lots don't) prolly to hide his own identity...
