    ya ktab yesterday was pretty heavy emotionally for me,but i am 110 per cent committed to following it through.

      Good morning all. Starts, what a nice way to start the day thank you. Rough sleeping here as well. Not sure if it is because of the heat, or the late night police chase in the neighbourhood. Have a good one all.

        As i have said another lovely morning here,but unfortunately i have to go to another funeral of a long time ago friend who at only 47 has died from alcoholism,The amount of people who die from this abuse is staggering

            oh yes mario, you went to your councilor..how often do you have to go???
            it's a hard one when they bring everything back out ..
            I know it was/is still very hard for me..

                  Jeez thanks a bunch big ears, I certainly hope I dont have grandchildren yet or my teenage son will have a lot of questions to answer :H

                        Gaia, Tips, and NotTonight.... the Sleep Fairy must be hiding. Didn't sleep more that 3-1/2 hours last night but at least AL was in someone else's bed.....stinky bugger.
