I don't think so.
Wanting and craving and desiring are not the same as needing. There's plenty I want but I don't really need.
Sometimes I feel completely mental, but not for a while now and I'm enjoying my days, keeping things simple and real.

morning peeps, lazybones me just outa bed. i had a bit of excitement last night, met up with 'panno' for a coffee. she works not too far from me. now ive never met up with a 'stranger' before but somehow we nattered away merrilly for a couple of hours.... well i guess thats women for you.
i have excitement today too. ive got 2 job interviews this afternoon. yes 2, it'll just be my way that ill get both of them after having no luck for a year. oh tum tee tum. oh and the smoking had gone mental again, cough cough splutter splutter..... oney im gonna follow you example soon.

Nice insightful post there my friend, makes perfect sense to me, keeping it real. Denying ourselves something that we want is quite different to denying what we need. Easy to lose sight of the important little things in todays fast moving consumer based society.
