this is probably just my age as i had a birthday last month. has anyone else had more aches and pains sober. ive been really aching recently. back, arms, legs even bits i didnt know could ache like fingers and toes... you name it. now i have been doing a lot of gardening and stuff but these aches just seem to be more ongoing than i would expect. im wondering if its just cos im sober and am feeling them more. its a bugger because i was hoping to feel 'perfect' (ha ha)

Can't say that I've experienced that. Are you getting arthritic? Could it be more exercise? Maybe lack of fluid or maybe you might need a bit of salt in your diet. Dunno... perhaps mention it to your doctor. If you've been AF since Feb, I think you'd have felt it before now. Oh, and there's no charge for this advice.
