Well, my main issue is I wouldn't eat, because it would curb my appetite for drinking in the first instance, and then towards the end of the session when it's nearly bed time go for the worst imaginable food in quantities, straight to bed to let all the rubbish leave it's trails on my wasteline.
I never let food get in the way of drinking time either. Often got the munchies after the pub though.

Well at first I lost a lot because I changed my eating habits. But since I've been on coffee the past year & a half I've put it back on. Whole milk in the coffee. Like a gallon a week.

lol. yeah. that's why I get so easily demotivated in my excercise routine. When I don't do well for a day, it's like it's pointless. I need a week just to make up for it

The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

haha. yeah, the food just spoils the taste of the AL and doesn't leave enought space for the 10 pints, hey?!!!! How sick is the drinking mind?!

Shew, back with a vengeance. Was just a quicky.

Where were we? Ah yeah, right. the oily food I'm going to have for dinner

Working late, colleague is going to get some lekker chicken for us from Nando's. Flame grilled so 'relatively speaking' healthy. Better then Kentucky deep fried.

Yeah - but you left out he fact that you're having tjips or wedges with said chicken. Plus prolly some coleslaw that will be swamped in mayo
                              I'll do whatever it takes
