    Had Pizza for lunch.. that was nice. So was the company.

It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there.           Going good - very good I hope, got me project live, made some appointments for next week, need to prepare a lot this weekend and me boss is away this afternoon plus I avoided a horrible meeting.

                I liked the cute and cuddly sponge dog look. But the ass is a fine piece of art :H (oh God. please don't let my wife come and read this, i'll be sleeping on the couch tonight.)

                      Stirly, I will have an ass like that if I keep up this eating..I have just finished a scrabled egg wrap (held the bacon) and a pk of hula hops and now am gonna have a slice of swiss roll...
