Yeah I think I am using it as a hit....I also try and find the strongest one I can...which is hard when you are using instant....very hard to find...

How do you know whats strong and whats not?

That just means the roast, oney. French roast is a stronger flavor but the same caffeine as a regular roast or breakfast blend.
