    Pretty good Oney
    I am taking my mum to buy shoes today.

        Just checked and I have LOST a pound...WTF...really pissed off now.

                      jimmeny cricket you guys are up and about soooooo early. im quite chirpy today. was up and out on my pedalling machine by 10.30. just a wee trip down the canal... panno you know the pub at the bottom. its only about 4 mile but it felt soooooo good. now im having a big fat bacon buttie. mmmmmmm. off to the panotomime horse racing this afternoon.... oh yes now thats funny. usually plenty of boozy stuff going on (it was prob only me actually) but not today. think theres some real ponies there but i could never tell the difference in the past
                      Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

                              This is my depressed stance. When you're depressed, it makes a lot of difference how you stand. The worst thing you can do is straighten up and hold your head high because then you'll start to feel better. If you're going to get any joy out of being depressed, you've got to stand like this.
