            In my entire vet career ( 19 yrs) I can honestly say that the only breed of dog that never bit anyone i knew was the Pug. Ugly but very nice natured. Or i theorised that the bug-eyed,dome headed,squished in face meant no brains thus no ability to think about biting.

              I also love the Beagle, my brother & his family have one. Doomed to be an outside dog, she knows, whenever they move house, she picks where my brother and his wife sleeps, digs a hole in the ground outside the wall of their bedroom and that becomes her home.

              It's as if she is keeping an eye on them through the brick wall. Very clever loyal dog. I also found her very calm diplomatic & sweet.
              Doesn't matter what kind of kennel or bedding they give her, she still sticks to her spot every night.

                      Oh Tawns! You owned a little short tempered hairy terrier too... I'd never picked you for a tolerater of that! HUGS my friend.. beautiful pics too.

                      Bridge, it's my brother's wife's house rules i'm afraid.

                      No rules like that in my house.. V messy & doggy. (I wish the messy was NOT but ho hum)

                      Have friends up the road with a sweet little greyhound that looks a lot like yours (am i right?) and she is also an awesomely personable dog.

                      I happen to live in a very dog friendly neighbourhood.. i could name all the dogs in my street etc..

                            Beautiful dogs Tawny and very friendly looking.

                            My guys live indoors, when I was building the house the doorstairs floors were all tiled with the exception of the front room so they have plenty of space and it is easy to keep clean. Also built a huge pen for them outside as well. Cant be doing with dogs on the sofas or beds and dont get me started about people who feed them from the table and kiss them on the lips.
                            Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?
