I stopped taking bac Mr g because i was scared that i would be caught out with out my supply ...you know a boat accident and every one wondering why he is going into a seizure...tooo risky for the likes of me...but Bac was a good thing it broke the cycle for me it is a good thing

Congratulation's on your promotion mate.
We've got to be vigilant, and 'tooled' up mentally and look after ourselves emotionally, until that cycle is really broken. It can take longer than we think, has been my experience.

Yes Reg. Had one last sunday. Next ones are end of june....24/25 i think. It's great to be out there again. More throughout the year too. 3 diff bands.
