I've been off in mopey poor me land for a bit this week but joy of joys my kudzu & topa has arrived so i'm starting again. ith more ammunition this time.
Going away for weekend,a break from farm from but unfortunately not from men folk.

Hello Undergarment friends,

Tomorrow the appraiser comes to look at the house. Sigh. It just isn't all ready but time's a wastin' so he'll have to take it as it is.

IAD, you find the damndest pictures. ($100?)

Chooks are pretty. I don't get the idea of laying a brick on their heads, though.

We have lots of chickens and a turkey down the road. They are free range, too, since they are on the road most mornings. I really want to get some, myself. Eggs are eaten by all members of my family, frequently. Good source of protein for the kiddos.

I would love to have a milk cow, too.

All of this is a dream whilst I travel, though. If I can get that work from home job, it will be doable. Then I just have to convince Mr. Cinders...

We are refinancing it to get lower interest rate and lower payments. We will owe about $800.00 a month less.

Nowhere near what I give hubby from my paycheck but it is a start to letting me out of this hell I am in.

My planned AF weekend also went splat - due to said AF brother who saw my arrival as a great excuse to buy cases of wine. Very disappointed with both of us.
