Yep, go Ficks and Beags.

Bridge I've never been to a candle party sober, I think that having a room full of ladies tanked on wine leads to bigger sales, full report please!

Am still in midlife crisis mode, triggered by the decluttering and house move I think, am bored, quite lonely (more friends just moved on) and having hysterics about committing to future study/career. BUT I know I have the power to change it, which makes it ok, just takes a bit of time, and numbing with AL doesn't do the trick.

I have NO idea what I want to be when i grow up, and the last time I went for 'careers counseling' was when I ended up with a diagnosis of ADD. Don't know whether to do something that interests me (art history/asian studies) or something that will make me fairly sure of a reasonable salary should I need it (accounting, business studies etc.). I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually......

But in other new - my Bamboo has green leaves again- Yay!

I am astonished and delighted to report the fact that the candle party was one of the funniest events I've ever been to.
I cracked up so hard I had to take a headache tablet. I kid you not, folk.....
So, that was alright.
What's been going on here ?

now Ficks....roses love clay, so it depends what your soil is like. But if your soil is crap, dig a hole twice or even more...the size of the pot, put LOADS of poo and good soil in it , fill it up with water at least once, let it soak in, and put some rose food and water saving crystals in the hole, mix it all together, and plant.
Got that ?

Hi everyone.
Day 1 is passing slowly. All was well with afternoon sesh of lie down,in my car (yep,the only privacy I have away from 2-ways radios & telephones & break-downs & spray men etc etc) listen to clearing tapes.....good,feel great,noice & calm.
Come in the house for 1 MINUTE & I'm being summoned on the radio. FERK!!!! All those negative thoughts that Mr Hypnotic has been trying hard to help my sub-conscious "wash away down the stream" have just become like super salmon & swum back up! I'm tired,slightly headachey (not hungover though due to good restraints last night) & cranky & frankly had an A1 guts-full of being here.
So my sanctuary to restore my resolve is now with me sitting here clocking back in to the chitchat here.
Better stay close here for a bit in between cooking shirt-loads of food for 2 men whom I couldn't give a fat rat's clacker about seeing atm. So I don't reach for a glass of wine.
So I don't let Fickle down, or anyone else who has given the encouragement.

No, don't have a candle party....just ask a dozen burnt out washed up middle aged women round for no specific reason. Go hard on the trans fats.
Best result if a few of em have good divorce stories.
rest should have some hard core bad date experiences.
Add alcohol (for some)....sit back....enjoy.....
