Hope KatieB's alright.Things sounded fairly chaotic with her posts.
If fickle drops in tonight,tell her not to pm me as I've got a meeting tonight & hubby will be on the puter. And no unfortunately the meeting is for a community event I'm part of, wine is normally drunk at this meeting & although not in large amounts, I really want to keep going AF....so will try to avoid it at all costs & keep refilling my cup of tea!!
Day 2 nearly finished.
Was ok. Listened to the hypnotic cd (in my car again,in the garage, to avoid disturbance).
Definately the later arvo my worst twitchy time.Trying to think of other things & keeping busy.
Hope ficks is not white-knuckling it.
Will see you all again tomorrow - day 3.

Beags - don't know if you're aware - you can choose not to be notified by email if there's a PM waiting. Also you can set your options so that there's 40 posts per page rather than the default 10. Makes reading a lot easier.

Good going Beagle and Fickle. (sound's like a kid's cartoon show :H you could maybe write a book of your adventures getting off the sauce) Great Missy and Bridgos are jumping on board too. Help and Moron support from me when i can.

Yes Im in I will try my best till go AL free, gees, thats been a while. Day two for me. Feel grumpy, shitty, agitated depressed! But its gotta pass eventually right..... in next few days! At least I can think straight and will wake up with a clear head!

Evening all, welcome Indi.

Mr Sweats away, Teens absent so its just me dogs and birds. The J Russell is STILL bouncing off the walls to get at the birds, especially when there's any wing flapping action.....

Actually I'm in for a thirty day stint.

I don't talk about it much but I moderate, and I think now that even just a small amount of AL is affecting my moods, so will be interesting to see if I'm right.

I drove my car into a wall today, no AL involved at all, just stupidity.

So I think a moderate tucking all around?

I however can't go to bed until one of the Teens comes in as I foolishly stripped it in preparation for a lovely fresh middle of the bed sleeping experience but I forgot I can't lift the mattress on my own to remake it. Have tried. Just can't.
